The location was top and unbeatable, in the city centre! Stayed in double room which was perfect for me...

Attentive and competent staff, had very enjoyable stay!!!

We got a double room, it was brand-new. The location was absolutely perfect, within a close distance from Lisboa Story Centre Museum.

the hotel staff was incredibly kind, they all greeted us. its location in lisbon was amazing, close enough to wonderful restaurants, and center. we ate in the allchiado restaurant, brilliant food with friendly service.

Everything was perfect - very central location and SUPERB service.

The double room had all necessary amenities. The employees were amazingly kind and excellent. It was near the bridge and tejo, the bar restaurant and the historic centre of Lisbon, wonderful location overall.

Our stay was a just perfect experience. The hotel was quirky, our room was silent, enjoyed it. The location was wonderful and incredible - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

Have spent here 1 night and our double room was well-appointed. It was in a top and efficient location not far from the city centre and the artwork.

We had the best experience during our holiday! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel special and cared for throughout our stay. The decor and design of the hotel were absolutely fabulous, with a unique and adventurous theme that added to the overall ambiance. the attached restaurant was amazing, offering delicious food, great service, and a vibrant atmosphere. On top of that, the central location of the hotel made it convenient for exploring the city.

While our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a few disappointments. the size of the room was quite small, which made it a challenge to comfortably accommodate all our luggage.

We recently stayed at The Ivens Autograph Collection and had an amazing experience. The hotel has a unique charm and the decor is absolutely stunning. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location couldn't be better, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and sights right at our doorstep. The rooms were beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had a great bathroom with a fantastic shower. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. we had a wonderful time at The Ivens Autograph Collection and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience! The exceptional breakfast buffet exceeded all expectations, with top-notch menu items. The beautiful decor added a touch of luxury to the festive atmosphere. The attentive staff made us feel right at home, and the location was perfect - on a quiet corner, yet close to all the main attractions. Plus, the hotel's unique adventurer theme perfectly fits the history of this beautiful city.

Honestly, we had a fantastic stay and there's not much to dislike. The only downside was a bit of an odd experience in the restaurant: when it was completely empty, the staff asked us to sit at the bar and wouldn't let us sit at one of the 25 available tables without a reservation.

I had a superb stay at this hotel in a central location. The rooms were cozy and silent, with blackout blinds for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was of very high quality, with open kitchen cooking and delicious options like seasonal juices and omelettes. The staff was kind and the toilet was the best in town!

The staff at Autograph Collection were exceptional, providing truly exceptional customer service. The hotel's design is beautiful, giving a luxurious feel with a sense of fun and intrigue. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the city but still quiet. The rooms are well-equipped and the hotel provides daily treats and tips for exploring. They even managed to secure a reservation for us at a fully booked restaurant. I couldn't fault our stay and it's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

The hotel is nicely decorated and the bathroom is great. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The location is very central and convenient for visiting the city's main attractions. Complimentary breakfast and F&B scene made for an enjoyable stay.

The noise level was high, with constant road noise and late-night bin collections and talking outside. The bar was often crowded, and service was poor.
